INFOUSA CORPORATE HEADQUARTERS
ralston, nebraska

Rebranding the headquarters and corporate identity for a Fortune 500 company’s headquarters in Ralston took splashes from a palette of reds and blues and a study of light to improve comfort and human capability.  A blend of design and urbanism reflecting the company’s financial growth transform the main entry; further efforts updated the marketing, telesales and graphic arts departments. Recycled tile and carpeting now cover the floors, with a dramatic new look for the walls, thanks to low-volatile organic compound paint.  Planed-down mahogany salvaged from a local company serve for remodeled woodworking, and ergonomic desks maximize views into the entryway and conference rooms.  After careful study, fluorescent fixtures were adjusted to provide just enough lighting to prevent glare and avoid eyestrain.  Using translucent shades attuned the natural light through windows.  Throughout, Contrivium collaborated with InfoUSA’s facility management team to create a master plan of design standards of color, surfaces and furniture, allowing the company to incorporate future changes seamlessly.
